Fishnet has been out of print since December 2017, after collapse of the publishing house Freight Books. Therefore I’m absolutely tickled pink to announce that it will be back in shops from August 30th 2018, in a beautiful new edition published by Black and White Publishing.
The new edition will also include a new Afterword, and I’ve dedicated it to the memory of my friend Laura Lee, who died suddenly this year. Laura was a tireless activist for sex workers’ rights, and an extraordinary force in the world. I’m looking forward to being able to pay tribute to her (and the impact she had on the book) at a relaunch event at Waterstones Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow on Tuesday 14th August. We’ll be there from 6.30pm.
